1625 Straits Turnpike, Suite 200 in Middlebury is located on the main level. When you enter the main entrance, our office is located on the right, across from the café.

160 Robbins Street in Southbury is located on the main level. When you enter the main entrance, you will walk straight, pass the elevator on your right and walk through the front door.
When requesting a medication renewal, we have a turnaround time of 3 days. During the weekend we offer insulin renewal only.

Testosterone refill and weekly injectable GLP1 agonists are not renewed over the weekend. The GLP1 agonists include Semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound), and Dulaglutide (Tulicity).
