160 Robbins Street in Southbury is located on the main level. When you enter the main entrance, you will walk straight, pass the elevator on your right and walk through the front door. 

Yes, a physician referral is required. This office is designed to work with your Primary Care Physician to help you reach your goals.

When requesting a medication renewal, we have a turnaround time of 3 days. During the weekend we offer insulin renewal only.

Testosterone refill and weekly injectable GLP1 agonists are not renewed over the weekend. The GLP1 agonists include Semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy), Tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound), and Dulaglutide (Tulicity).

We request appointment cancellations to be made within 24 hours of the appointment. 

If you do not show up to an appointment more than 2 times for new patients or 3 times for existing patients, within a 12 month period, you will be subject to termination from the practice.
